The Wall-Mountable All Seeing Apple
The All Seeing Apple is as unnerving to hold as it is to see, very squishy and slightly sticky it can bring you only joy.
This version is about half of a real Apple so that is can be mounted flat on a wall or door using regular thumbtacks which are included.

-Size of a regular apple with the back half cut off
